  1. Data: Existing wetland conservation programs miss nutrient reduction targets

Data: Existing wetland conservation programs miss nutrient reduction targets

    2022-12-14 21:24:37 | Datasets | Contributor(s): Shan Zuidema, Chris Kucharik, Richard Lammers, Wilfred Wollheim | doi:10.13019/1N4Q-0X09

Estimated fluxes of nitrate (as nitrogen) across the Mississippi River Basin under scenarios of wetland restoration following two existing conservation programs. At full adoption, neither program achieves needed nitrate reduction to the Gulf of Mexico.

  2. Labor markets: A critical link between global-local shocks and their impact on agriculture

Labor markets: A critical link between global-local shocks and their impact on agriculture

    2023-03-30 01:47:39 | Datasets | Contributor(s): Srabashi Ray, Iman Haqiqi, Alexandra Hill, J Edward Taylor, Tom Hertel | doi:10.13019/5C15-K630

We show the importance of explicitly modelling agricultural labor markets in Integrated Assessment Models (IAMS). We propose the SIMPLE-G-CZ model building on SIMPLE-G and literature on CZs.

  3. Gridded Cropland Supply Elasticity for the Continental United States (5 arc-min Spatial Resolution)

Gridded Cropland Supply Elasticity for the Continental United States (5 arc-min Spatial Resolution)

2023-06-02 03:01:19 | Datasets | Contributor(s): Nelson Villoria, Jing Liu, Iman Haqiqi, Shourish Chakravarty, Michael Delgado, Alfredo Cisneros-Pineda, Tom Hertel | doi:10.13019/37T9-0E88

This dataset includes empirically estimated cropland supply elasticities for more than 75,000 grid cells over the continental United States calculated for years around 2010. The data is provided in NetCDF, GeoTIFF, CSV, and HAR file formats.

  4. A Gridded Dataset for Groundwater Sustainability Restriction Policy Scenarios for the Contiguous U.S.

A Gridded Dataset for Groundwater Sustainability Restriction Policy Scenarios for the Contiguous U.S.

    2023-06-05 03:01:58 | Datasets | Contributor(s): Iman Haqiqi | doi:10.13019/AHZR-4843

Three scenarios of “low”, “medium”, and “high” levels of restriction on groundwater are developed. This dataset includes likely groundwater sustainability restriction policies (GSPs) considering 2010 levels
