WQBase
This project is to help develop a REST API and simple web app around a database intended to mimic the Water Quality Portal (WQP). This database serves as a staging area for water quality data from or eventually destined for WQP through the Water Quality Data Exchange (WQX). The API will be used to build a GeoEDF Connector that can be used in Jupyter Notebooks deployed on MyGeoHub and elsewhere.
