Accommodations

A limited number of rooms has been reserved at the Purdue Memorial Union. Attendees should call (765) 494-8900 or (800) 320-6291 to make their own reservations and indicate their desire to be in the DRInet Symposium room block. The block will be available for reservations until June 10, 2011. Reservation requests received after 5 p.m., June 10, will be accepted at the group rate based upon availability.

All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently (7) percent sales tax and five (5) percent city room tax.

Union Hotel guests can park in the Grant Street Parking Garage free of charge.

Attendees who will not stay at the Union Hotel may contact the organizer (drinet at purdue dot edu) in advanced to arrange for a parking permit in the Grant Street Parking Garage.

• Shuttle service from Indianapolis

  The Lafayette Limo shuttle bus departs Indianapolis International Airport daily every 2 hours between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. The trip will take between 1 hour and 10 minutes and 1 hour and 50 minutes depending on traffic. • Shuttle service from Chicago

  The Express Air Coach shuttle service runs between Chicago’s O’Hare airport and the Purdue campus five times daily until 8:30 p.m. The trip takes about 3 hours depending on traffic. • Driving from the Chicago Area

  Take I-65 South to Exit 178 (State Road 43). Turn right and proceed five miles on State Road 43 South; at State Street, turn right. Go up the hill and at Grant Street, turn right. Proceed half a block. The Grant Street Parking Garage will be on your right. The trip takes about 3 hours depending on traffic.

• Driving from the Indianapolis Area
